Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Returns Information is an online and physical shop selling sewing machines both new and refurbished, and we can carry out servicing and repairs on your own machine in our store.

We will deliver only to the UK. All items are shipped by Royal Mail First Class or by Courier - who may require a signature.

We always advise you how we have sent your parcel once shipped.

Delivery prices are calculated online and our current delivery cost for a Sewing Machine sent to mainland Uk is £15 Flat Rate. To areas that require a surcharge ie Scottish Highlands, All Islands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man and other parts of the UK where a usual surcharge applies we will contact you after you have placed the order with the extra delivery that is required. You can decide at this point if to proceed with the order or cancel.

Store Collection - You can choose on checkout to pick your machine up from our shop. Please allow time if necessary for your machine to come into stock as some are brought in to order. Phil will make contact either by email or telephone to let you know that your machine is ready for collection. Address and telephone number below.

Cheque / Postal Orders - We can accept postal orders from customers in the UK - We can accept payment by Cheques or Postal Orders - But please allow time for cheque clearance and remember to include the postage cost. Returns - Faulty or incorrect goods

Faulty or incorrect goods should be reported to Customer Service Department ASAP. However, we do give you 30 days to inform us for a full refund or exchange. Please give a full description of the fault and return the item in original packaging. All returned products will be tested and returned to you at your expense if they are found to be of satisfactory standard.


You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund. However, if your parcel has already been despatched you will be charged for the cost of shipping and a refund will not be made until the parcel has returned back to us. Please remember that we work on a same day despatch system so to avoid the postage charge and delayed refund you should inform us on the same day that the order is made.


A refund cannot be issued until receive the goods in question. The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At we aim to refund you within 14 days.

How to return an item

If you are returning an unwanted item please make sure you wrap the item securely. You will need to contact us beforehand and enclose a note informing us of your details, order number and reason for return. Please also state whether you would like an exchange or refund. We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of parcel on the way back to us.
